Refund Policy

At Stybe Dry LLC, we take pride in the quality of our freeze-dried snacks. Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns for reasons of taste, preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

3. Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the missing item or offer a refund for that portion of the order.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been shipped. After that point, the order is final due to the perishable nature of our products.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
