Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stybe Dry LLC. We’re committed to delivering your freeze-dried snacks as quickly and affordably as possible. Below is our current shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

During high volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.00
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $36.00.

We currently only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please reach out!

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. Stybe Dry LLC is not responsible for delays once the package is with the shipping carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please include your order number and any photos of the damaged packaging or products when applicable.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Stybe Dry LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your shipping info, contact us immediately after placing your order.
